If a country violates the air pollution (AQI) standards, he/she shall be fined 20RP. The RP will go into the GWF.
If a country violates the water pollution standards, he/she shall be fined 25RP. The RP will go into the GWF.
If a country violates the radiation standard, he/she will be fined 35RP. The RP will go into the GWF.
Any country can bring evidence of violations before to JN to enforce fines

Finally, we elected the history committee, the ambassador of the UAE and Taiwan was elected.
The ambassador of Kenya got random event #12, picks option 2, and is protected from the next problem that they encounter.
The ambassador of France got random event #11 and chooses to decide next week.
The ambassador of Belarus got random event #2 and chooses to decide next week.
China has a 35RP problem, due to the continuing "Zero COVID Policy", the downhill trajectory of the economy, natural crises, housing shortages, and more.
India has a 25RP problem, due to the widespread flooding affecting major cities caused by poor Urban planning. The 25RP is used to clean up the disaster happening.
Russia has a 37 RP problem, as the Russo-Ukrainian conflict continues.
Greece has a 26 RP problem, due to refugee, border dispute, and migrant problems, the 26 RP is needed for ramping up surveillance, and expanding a border wall to keep the migrants and refugees out of the country.
